Nayelina provides AI-driven tools that allow users to generate fictional digital content, including text-based interactions and image generation. All outputs are algorithmically generated and intended for entertainment purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid features may require recurring subscriptions.
- Fees are billed in advance.
- Automatic renewal applies unless canceled prior to renewal date.
- Refunds are provided only where legally required or at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Generate unlawful or prohibited content;
- Create sexual content involving minors;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Harass, impersonate, or exploit others;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, AI systems, branding, and design elements remain the exclusive property of Nayelina. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uniqueness, legal compliance in all jurisdictions, or fitness for a specific purpose. You assume full responsibility for how generated content is used.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nayelina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable commercial laws and regulations relevant to the operating jurisdiction of the Platform.
